Stephen, Chief Executive Officer, originally joined InsideOut Studio in 2012 as a Creative Consultant. He is a 2003 graduate from Miami University, Oxford with a Master's degree in Art Education and a Bachelor's in Painting. Stephen has a variety of experience in the field of art, including gallery and museum work, mural making, and teaching in public school as well as community education. Aside from teaching, he also exhibits his own paintings throughout the region.
Kim Neal Davis
Kim is the Director of Development & Marketing. She joined the InsideOut staff in February 2020. Having discovered a passion for serving the local community, Kim has dedicated her career to not-for-profit marketing and fundraising. Kim attended Miami University where she earned her Bachelor of Arts in Education. Most recently, she earned her Certificate in Fund Raising Management from Indiana University. As a Hamilton native, Kim advocates for the resurgence and economic growth in our community.
Amanda Joy Dennewitz
Amanda is the Service Coordinator.
Savvy joined our team in July of 2021 as one of our Direct Support Specialists. She has a BFA in video production from Ball State University. She has experience doing makeup for Hamilton Civil Theater Productions under GHCT and Rotary. She has a love for art outside of her degree ranging from painting to baking. She hopes to one day get into writing and working for television.
Terri Elms, Art Studio Support Staff, joined InsideOut Studio in 2016 after being with the Butler County Board for 18 years. Terri loves the free spirit of all the artists she works with and loves to see the pride they take in their accomplishments. She especially likes the daily karaoke challenges and the dance lessons she takes some of our artists to on Friday afternoons. One of her favorite hobbies is watching movies with her son and daughter.
Stephanie is one of our Direct Support Specialists and a Support Coordinator. She joined the team in April of 2021. Originally from Tennessee and formerly a Production Trainer at Goodwill, she is a self-taught digital artist. She loves art in all of its forms and is an avid lover of both nature and animals.
Kenzie is our Retail Sales Associate. She joined our team in August of 2021. She has a Bachelor's degree in Illustration with a focus in comics and sequential art from the Columbus College of Art & Design. She self-published her first graphic novel in 2016 and has experience providing logos, mascots, and illustrations to charities such as TB Thank You Fund and T1 International. She loves tabletop games and traveling to booth and sell her art at various Comic Cons.
