Stephen Smith Stephen Smith, CEO, originally joined InsideOut Studio in 2012 as a Creative Consultant. He is a 2003 graduate from Miami University, Oxford with a Master's degree in Art Education and a Bachelor's in Painting. Stephen has a variety of experience in the field of art, including gallery and museum work, mural making, and teaching in public school as well as community education. Aside from teaching, he also exhibits his own paintings throughout the region.	Kim Neal Davis Kim Neal Davis Director of Development & Marketing. She is fairly new to the InsideOut, joining the team in late February 2020. She works to drive sales revenue, grow market awareness and develop fundraising opportunities.	Amanda Joy Dennewitz Amanda is the Service Coordinator of Inspiration Studios.
terri Terri Elms, Art Studio Support Staff, joined InsideOut Studio in 2016 after being with the Butler County Board for 18 years. Terri loves the free spirit of all the artists she works with and loves to see the pride they take in their accomplishments. She especially likes the daily karaoke challenges and the dance lessons she takes some of our artists to on Friday afternoons. Her hobbies include watching movies with her son and daughter.
