Kathleen Honeycutt
Kathleen is a prolific fiber artist! She knits and crochets creating bags, purses, backpacks, hats, dolls, and bracelets. Her dolls are often inspired by characters from some of her favorite shows and movies. You can often spot Kathleen with her headphones on, singing along to her favorite music as her hands move in perfect rhythm to produce her fiber art creations. Kathleen’s second favorite material in the studio is clay. In fact, she is a ceramics instructor for our Community Education Program and has successfully taught a number of students who were brand new to clay. She is a big Harry Potter and Pokémon fan and will often incorporate these interests into her artwork. In between projects, Kathleen loves to socialize with her friends and is often encouraging and giving feedback to fellow artists as they perfect their own creations.
