Shannon Cox
Shannon often starts her day at the Studio with the same routine. She brings in a bag filled with a colorful array of acrylic paints and a variety of other painting supplies. Once her carefully chosen paint colors are neatly distributed in her plastic palette, she is ready to start painting. It’s usually a painting she started at home and the theme is almost always Disney. She especially enjoys painting characters in costume at
Disney World. After her painting is complete, Shannon usually gets started on a fused glass or clay art piece. She has created beautiful landscape scenes in glass as well as unique pieces of functional pottery. She excels in practically any medium she chooses. Shannon is a very focused artist and loves including a lot of detail in her artwork.
